STEM Learning Spaces

Strong learning begins with the right environment.

In many rural schools, classrooms lack dedicated subject spaces, updated materials, and age-appropriate books. We work with school leadership to identify specific gaps and build spaces that support focused learning.

Mathematics Room

The Mathematics Room at Vryheid’s Lust Primary School provides students with dedicated space and tools to strengthen foundational math skills.

The room is equipped with:

• Geometry sets

• Mathematics textbooks

• Practice materials

• Visual learning aids

The goal is simple: make mathematics more accessible, more visual, and less intimidating.

Reading Room

Through the support of our community, we raised more than 500 books to establish the Reading Room at Vryheid’s Lust Primary School.

The Reading Room gives students:

• Access to diverse and age-appropriate books

• A quiet, inviting environment for independent reading

• Opportunities to build literacy outside of formal classroom time
